My FAVORITE Perfume!

I went by Sephora's on Broadway the other day to pick up a bottle of my favorite perfume, the one EVERYBODY compliments me on. It's an amazing fragrance, clean, fresh, beautiful. I always feel so good and pretty after I spray  it on...it also lasts. It's not overpowering, it's just right and I love how it lingers on my clothes.

Anyway...I know right where it is in the store and was shocked when I didn't see any Vera Wang at all! I grabbed the first sales-associate I saw and desperately asked "Where is the Vera Wang?"  The reply stunned me, "We don't carry that anymore."  Not at any Sephora's! This always happens to me, I find a fragrance I love and then it disappears.

The sales person was really nice and she patiently went through dozens of other fragrances that might be like "Princess"---I even paid a little over 50 bucks for a new scent but it's just not the same. Waste of money :-(  

So, enter AMAZON! I just bought 2 bottles because I'm not sure if it's discontinued or not.

Spa Vapor Mist

I bought this little vapor mister back in August and it works GREAT! It's easy to use, quiet, inexpensive and I love how the colors change! Get Your Heart Pumping!


Anytime you begin exercising, whether you hit the gym, jog, lift weights, or go for a power walk... your body starts getting healthier! And when you do cardio or aerobic exercise you are specifically elevating your heart rate which helps reduce the risk of heart disease. (Youʼre also lowering that nasty, bad cholesterol, creating leaner muscles--which helps your body burn fat, your toning and conditioning, reliving stress and elevating your mood!)


To get a healthy heart you should exercise for about a total of 3-4 hours a week at a moderate intensity, or you can do at least 3 hours at a higher intensity to achieve similar benefits.
You donʼt have to go nuts, but try to push yourself. During your routine up the intensity for one minute intervals every 5-10 minutes, dig deep and see what youʼre made of!
Youʼd be surprised what our bodies are capable of, and there is no better high than the “runners” high (and you donʼt have to run to get...just push yourself!)
If you canʼt find time for a 30 - 60 minute session, you can still get heart healthy benefits by grabbing a few short exercise bursts...10 minutes here...15 minutes there...it all adds up and it all counts!
